Hi! 

My name is Rosalie and I volunteered for 9 weeks at the Donkey Sanctuary.  

 

It takes some time getting used to the heat and you work hard, but you learn a lot and the days fly by! Everything was well arranged, I slept with a friend in a beautiful house in the park and we were allowed to borrow the car every week to do some shopping.  

 

You can see many beautiful places and animals on Bonaire, especially within the shelter.  

 

All in all a great experience, thank you!
