Donkeys naturally live in countries where it is warm and dry. Unfortunately, this is not possible on Bonaire at the moment. Since a couple of weeks, there is regularly so much rain that not only the streets are flooded, but also the donkey sanctuary. The flooding is enormous. The donkey sanctuary has been flooded and the donkeys are suffering.
